Adrenal Cocktail

This Adrenal Cocktail been a game changer for me! Most of the time we at worrying about supplements and vitamins and completely forgetting about our minerals! Magnesium, potassium, sodium and calcium are so insanely important for our bodies to be functioning properly! Especially our adrenals. Most of us are living in fight or flight or highly stressed and our adrenals are shot and it doesn’t matter how many supplements you take if you have a mineral deficiency.

The aim of the adrenal cocktail is to mitigate the stress response and send minerals to support the adrenals and simple sugars and amino acids to the liver!

I drink it usually twice a day - for sure once a day! Morning & mid day! My go to is 4oz orange juice, 4oz coconut water & a pinch of sea salt (or pink Himalayan salt). Salt matters - regular table salt or idodized salt doesn’t cut it! But you can use other things to make an adrenal cocktail! You can substitute the orange juice for pineapple juice or lemon juice or lime juice! You can substitute the coconut water for coconut cream or coconut cream or raw cream or cream of tartar or aloe Vera juice! You can also add a collagen supplement to it as well but I personally just drink bone broth for collagen!

If you feel fatigued all day, stressed, crave carbs and salty foods, hair loss, depression, anxiety, low libido, appetite loss, always cold, etc then this might be something simple & easy you can add to your day! It’s helped me soooo much!
