72 hour bag/bug out bag

Why should you have a bug out bag?

A 72 hour bag, bug out bag, car prep, emergency bag; whatever you want to call it, is something you should have & that is easily accessible.

These bags are intended to give you the tools & supplies you would need to survive at least 72 hours incase of an emergency. Whether your power goes out in the middle of the night & you don’t want to be scrambling for certain things. Or a natural disaster occurs & you have to evacuate & you aren’t running around having to pack a bag & hope you remember the things you need. Or if your car breaks down somewhere without service or help. Or if a SHTF type of situation happens & you need to get the fuck outta town & into the bush. Whatever it might be, you want to be prepared because there are lots of different scenarios that would result in you needing an emergency bag. Just like any other form of prepping, think of it as insurance on your family’s well being. If you can survive the first 72 hours of any disaster your chances of overall survival increase drastically. Without relying on government agencies coming to save the day for you or relying on their services & supplies.

Watch the video for what is in my 72 hour bag but also my kids bag! All of this stuff you can get from the dollar store and/or Canadian Tire. You can make these bags for under $100 & also using things you already have in your house. It’s worth the piece of mind!
