What i give to my sick kids

Whenever I sense my kids are getting sick, I try to nip it in bud as soon as possible so we can get on top of & handle whatever bug they’ve been exposed too.

During cold & flu season we do the typical preventatives:

• vitamins & minerals

• daily elderberry syrup

• whole nutritious foods (ample protein & healthy animal fats/organs)

• getting outside every single day & getting as much sunshine as possible

• lots of water & fluids

Then if we sense they’re getting sick, we do the early treatments mentioned in this video! Click here!

If our kids continue to get sicker & need more intervention then we switch to the holistic/homeopathic approaches. No Tylenol or Advil. Keeping a close eye on them and knowing when to intervene with modern medicine & when to continue to monitor at home. Thankfully my kids sicknesses have always been able to be managed at home!
